We reached out to Dylan because of a mutual acquaintance. Dylan was very professional and even drove to Atlanta (from Nashville) to obtain the supplies he needed to do our remodel. He did almost all the floors in our house and did a complete kitchen remodel. We love it! I get lots of compliments about our house and the work Dapper builders did. Going to have him do our bonus room next.

Dylan showed up within a couple of days to give me an estimate and allowed me to fit the work into my schedule. The work started exactly on time and finished ahead of schedule! The workers were very professional and I am impressed with the quality of their work. I will definitely use them again.

The greatest attribute I will say about Dapper Builders is that while other contractors will only pick the simple and easy low hanging fruit jobs that are out there, Dapper isn't scared of the complicated and the difficult. If anything, they get excited about it. So, no matter the scale or complexity of the job, they can probably figure it out, and, as long as you never give up on them, they'll never give up on you.

I would like to express my appreciation for DAPPER BUILDERS. They totally rebuild my house from top to bottom. Dylan replace everything except the bathroom tub. Did an average job on replacing a main beam under my house. Communication was not great and several things I thought would go back the same way or close did not. Make sure you have a clear scope of job and what you want to see upon completion of any job. Job was not supervised well, so they had to return twice to clear up issues that where in the scope of the job.
