FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the actual scope of work, materials, labor requirements, project conditions, and the level of coordination needed to complete the job properly. We provide detailed estimates so clients can clearly understand what they are paying for. If we see an opportunity to reduce costs without compromising the quality of the finished project, we will point that out during the estimating process. For most projects, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance structured around completion or agreed project milestones. Any additional work outside the original scope is discussed and approved before moving forward. We do not believe in quoting unrealistically low just to win a project and then adding unexpected costs later. Our goal is to provide fair, competitive pricing with clear expectations from the beginning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with understanding exactly what you want to accomplish with your project. We review the scope, discuss your goals, take any necessary measurements or photos, and identify areas where we may be able to help you save money without sacrificing the quality of the finished product. From there, we prepare a detailed quote and review the scope with you. Once the project is approved, we collect the required deposit and schedule the work. Throughout the project, communication is a major priority. We keep you updated on scheduling, project phases, site conditions, progress, and anything that may affect the original scope. Our goal is to give you peace of mind so you’re never left wondering what’s happening with your project. We understand that renovations and construction projects can be a significant investment, so we like to bring our clients “into the cockpit” with us. Some clients prefer frequent updates, while others would rather receive updates at major milestones. Either way, we adapt to your communication preference while making sure you stay informed from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is made up of experienced trade professionals who bring decades of hands-on experience in their respective specialties. Depending on the scope of work, we work with properly qualified professionals who maintain the licensing, certifications, and trade-specific credentials required for the work being performed. In addition to field experience, our approach is built around proper planning, project management, quality control, and making sure each phase of the project is completed to a professional standard.
