Both Daniel's office admin (Heather) and Daniel were responsive, prompt, and predictable. He completed the work thoroughly and efficiently within an hour, and he came with all equipment and a prepared invoice that accurately reflected the rental property address.
He knows what he's doing and does not over-sell.
