- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very fair and competitive here in Middle Tennessee. You will not be paying for us to drive new fancy trucks or even catch us wearing collared shirts. We are workers and we do exceptional work that we stand behind with craftsmanship warrantees. Providing high quality warrantied work that is competitively priced is what sets us apart.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Honestly the main priority is making 110% sure that the expectations are aligned. Specifically explaining and documenting on paper through our proposal process the steps that we will take to complete your project. We like to exchange photos to understand best we can what the customer is after and often times we are able to send back photos from previous jobs that are similar and give great reference as to what we intend to do.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Little by little.. I think from the time "this old house" started airing in the 90's.
