FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive prices for similar services in the Columbus, OH area. My fees are upfront and I do not accept insurance at this time. I offer a 10% military discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For first time customers typically the first session will last anywhere from one hour to an hour and a half. The goal of the first session is to identify the customers goals and what they want to establish from working together. The first session will involve an in-depth assessment in which I would ask for a full medical history and other health related questions. Also if able, and depending on the needs of the customer I may ask to get a weight and height.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's Degree in Dietetics and I also completed a dietetic internship. I have over five years of experience working in the field and complete continuing education training to maintain my license. I also currently work full time in the field and actively see patients daily. I work in both an inpatient and outpatient setting as well as provide multiple of nutrition services including cooking classes.
