- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically do flat rate pricing for residential homes but the price may vary depending on the difficulty of the job. If any change is needed to be made to the agreed price upon arrival, we will negotiate the price with the customer on site. We will never charge a customer without first agreeing on the price before beginning the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We encourage new customers to book a deep cleaning for their first appointment which will help maintain the cleanliness of the home in between appointments. You will keep the same cleaners for every appointment you set, unless a change is requested, to ensure a quality relationship between you the customer and service provider. Be sure to ask about additional home services as well pricing with your service provider.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each service provider is trained to provide service and knowledge on all green residential cleaning methods provided by CityWide Cleaning.
