- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on factors such as size of the house, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, condition of home, etc. Additional services such as refrigerator, inside window sills, etc. We prefer to conduct a free in-person consult in order to provide the most accurate estimate possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a free in-person consult. This allows us to assess the home, discuss your cleaning needs, and provide an accurate estimate. We are easy to work with as we have many systems in place to make your experience a great one. We use a scheduling system that allows you to add the scheduled clean to your personal/work calendar, and send you reminders of your upcoming scheduled clean. Following the clean, you will receive as needed post-clean notes from the Owner or Team Lead. You will be emailed an electronic invoice in which you can pay for your clean online with a credit card. We also have the ability to store your credit card information and will process your card following each clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Owner of Maid in Nashville holds an MBA and has 8 years of consulting and Project Management experience. This puts Maid in Nashville at a whole new level when it comes to working with a cleaning company. Systems are in place, employees are great communicators, and top notch quality is expected each and every time. Each employee is background checked, vetted by Team Leads and the Owner, and is trained to understand our cleaning methods, so consistency is what the customer receives each and every time. Each employee not only develops cleaning skills, but over time learn to become exceptional communicators to our clients.
