- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically quote according the requirements of the job, and needs of the client. With the budget in mind, I want the client to feel like they have really benefited from hiring me! Variables to my fee would be the number of rooms, the scale/scope of the project, and location. Basically, I try to be as fair as possible and come up with a mutually beneficial fee structure.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have years of experience working with interiors, doing everything from consultations and space planning to actually working on a ladder myself. I've worked in both private residential, as well as income properties and getting places ready to sell.
