What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bridal: $300 for three faces (Bride, MOB, MOH), includes lash application if wanted. Any additional faces are $65 dollars plus $10 lash applications. Travel outside of 40 mile radius is paid by client at $0.50 a mile.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the person in my chair. I want to know what their habits are, their likes and dislikes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm constantly looking at looks, and trends to stay up to date with looks and ideas. AMUA offers continuing education as well.
