Working with Lexi for 12 weeks was one of the best investments I’ve made in myself. I loved working with Lexi!! She is kind, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. The sessions were completely tailored to me and my goals with a holistic approach to health. We talked about sleep + routines + hydration + running specific things + general nutrition knowledge. I walked away with my time from Lexi feeling more confident about knowing what my body needs and how to fuel it. I also realized some misconceptions I had and restrictions I had placed on certain foods and have found freedom. I absolutely loved working with Lexi. Before working with her, I was constantly lost and didn’t know where to begin when it came to Nutrition. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pre-set packages are typically offered for clients. However, if one does not fit the clients needs I am always happy to create a package tailored to them. My client offerings are similar to a chipotle menu...you can ensure you always get exactly what you want!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I offer free 15-minute calls to anyone interested in working together! I am able to hear more about the clients background, goals, and needs and the individual can ask all their questions regarding myself and my practice. After this, we set up our first session and an welcome email is sent will all the first-step details included!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a B.S. Exercise Science degree, nutrition minor, certificate of dietetics from a Didactic Program of Dietetics, completed a 1,200 hour Dietetic Internship Program, and sat/passed my National Boards exam to practices as a licensed RD/RDN in the State of TN. My concentration is in sports nutrition and have worked with hundreds of athletes for the last six years across various sports. These individuals range from high school age to professional level (NFL, NBA, USL), and also include recreational athletes of all abilities training for specific events.
