I follow a clear, structured process: 1. Initial Conversation – Understand goals, background, and expectations 2. Movement Assessment – Identify limitations, imbalances, and starting point 3. Program Design – Build a structured plan based on their goals and capacity 4. Coaching & Tracking – Deliver through an app with clear execution and progress tracking 5. Ongoing Adjustments – Refine based on performance, recovery, and consistency Everything is built for long-term sustainability, not short-term intensity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Business, which helps me build structured systems and deliver a professional coaching experience. On the training side, I’ve spent years studying strength training, biomechanics, and performance-based programming, along with hands-on coaching experience working with clients of all levels—both in-person and online.
