You can't go wrong with him. He'll stick with you and drive you to whatever goals you're looking to hit. He'll encourage you when you doubt yourself, he'll guide you when you don't know which direction to go, and he'll celebrate your wins with you no matter how big or small. The results speak for themselves. One of the best trainers I know.

I’ve been training with ThreadyFit Performance for about 4 months now and it’s been a great experience. Everything is structured and easy to follow, which takes the guesswork out and helps me stay consistent. Ethan is always on time, professional, and clearly knows what he’s doing. I’ve gotten stronger and feel better overall, not just in the gym but day to day too. It’s been simple, consistent, and effective. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for real structure and results.
