FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is super simple and based on session fees and build your own collections. No fluff or stuff you don't want. Prints, files and products are always available for purchase at very reasonable prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a rapport and use phone, text and email to communicate with my clients. Once we decide on a session time, date and location, I send a questionnaire with my welcome email to get to know my client better. If the client needs any help making wardrobe decisions or has any questions, I am always available for free consultations. I also provide a client guide to prepare for the session. After the shoot, I go to work editing and retouching the images and keep the client informed during the process. Once the images are ready, the client receives a notice by email and a link to their gallery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Professional Photographers of America (PPA) member and current president of the Professional Photographers of Middle Tennessee. I have extensive training in photography and hold my Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism. Innovation is a continual and exciting process for me. I am an active member of the Professional Photographers of Middle Tennessee and the International Christian Photographers Association. I attend monthly meetings, several seminars throughout the year, the annual Imaging USA convention and take "Creative Live" courses every week. I completed the TV Production I & II courses with the NECAT Network (Nashville Education, Community, and Arts Television) at Nashville State Community College's PEG Studio.
