- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a semester fee that can be paid in installments over five months, or paid up front with a 10% discount. The fee includes 18 lessons with potential make up lessons at the end of the semester.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free 30 minute consultation during which we discuss the customer's long and short term goals for learning to play the piano and my studio expectations. If we are both satisfied with the relationship, we schedule a weekly lesson time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master's Degree in Piano Pedagogy from Belmont University, Nashville, TN, and a Bachelor's Degree in Educational Studies from Wisconsin Lutheran College, Milwaukee, WI. I have taken studied and played the piano myself for twenty years. From February 2014 till December 2015, I worked for Studio C, a well-respected piano studio here in Nashville.
