The team did a good job. We ended up getting less packed up prior to moving day than we’d hoped, but they were understanding and helpful. They jumped right in to help keep things moving forward smoothly. Were patient when cleaners were not finished at the new house.

For the most part they were very careful, but did bump the walls a few times on our 90 degree turn stairway. They were forthcoming and immediately told me what happened and that they’d have someone out immediately to fix it. They even volunteered to clean out the garage and haul away all the extra boxes at no extra cost.

There were only a few minor things I’d wish had gone a little differently, but they were ultimately things that were a result of lack of planning on my part.

The app only allows three things we like to choose from. I’m adding professionalism and value to it. Sam and his crew arrived on time. Protected the floor, blanketed the doorway, cushioned then shrink wrapped every piece as if they were heirlooms. They dismantled and reassembled our beds and other pieces that needed it, uninstalled our washer/dryer and reinstalled it at our new location. These movers are true professionals, quick and efficient. Well worth hiring. Thank you Affordable Moving!

An excellent value for the level of service provided. I could not be happier with how well my items were taken care of, & I can’t believe how fast they were able to load & unload everything. Would definitely hire again!
