I would never recommend anyone to them. Knoxweb has cost me over 12k to them not counting all the money I missed out on (due to the fact that people are still having problems even registering for my site or contacting me via my site. As well as all the money I had to pay out to delay all the promotions I had in place to launch my site due to all the issues) and an entire year wasted and my site is still not working properly.

The site was working. It had been working. This client suddenly moved the site to another host without our knowledge. We have no access to the site.
