- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing system. However, since every case varies in some respects from others, we always create a final fee after we meet with clients and discuss the case in detail. There is a fixed amount for consultations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I would speak with a client over the phone for a few minutes to get some information about the case. I would then schedule a face-to-face consultation with the prospective client at my office. Consultations lasts up to an hour. After the consultation, if client is interested in retaining my office, we would discuss fees and sign a contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an attorney licensed in the New York and Tennessee.
