- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process begins with a free 30-minute project consultation phone call. During the phone call, we will talk about your project to have a mutual understanding of your expectations and the scope of the work you want to be performed. We will also answer your questions and present our service options that will meet your needs. We only require 20% deposit to start a project.
