- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do my best to keep up with the latest news and changes for businesses in social media, and I am constantly honing my skills with the Adobe Creative Suite (the design software I use). Every project brings a new challenge, and I'm not afraid to go find the solution to a problem I don't know how to fix!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My clients tend to be smaller businesses that can't afford to pay ad agency prices for some basic digital marketing. Typically I help them design some standard marketing materials, such as business cards, logos, brochures, flyers, etc. and also manage one or more of their social media channels (primarily Facebook).
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find someone you are comfortable working closely with, and watch out for communication skills. If the person you want to hire is poor at responding quickly, it can often drag what should be short projects out for weeks or months.
