We will first work to understand your vision and likes/dislikes in styles and layouts. Then, with our years of design/layout experience, help to make a concept that works for you. Next, we go to work with the utmost integrity, attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Lastly, we follow up and hold true to our promises. It is important to understand that restoring(renovating, remodeling whatever you want to call it) is much different work than new building. It requires a vision, an understanding of how structures are put together, what the next 10 steps are it required expertise. Expertise is what we have acquired from years of doing only those type of jobs. One last thing. We work for YOU. Our job is to protect you from the horror stories you’ve all heard in the contracting business. We not only have inspections done from city officials as required but also personally inspect all work completed. When your dream home comes to fruition you will be able to rest easy. From the owner: Since I understand ,from a homeowners perspective, the importance of time and scheduling you can expect me to be very conscientious of this on any project.
