FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Give a good value!! My prices are competitive but I am not trying to be the cheapest. However I work hard to give the customer a good value for their dollar. I do my best to let the customer know on the phone what the cost will be based on what they tell me they want done. My business has grown in the year and a half that I have been in business. My customers like the work I do and feel they have received a good value for their money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Be Honest!! When a potential customer calls me I allow them to tell me what their problem is. I will ask necessary questions to allow me to understand the scope of the job. I always tell the customer up front what they will be charged based on the information they give me. There are some situations that you have to look at or get more information before you can quote numbers but I will let them know at that time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Locksmith business for 13 years.
