Lauren truly worked magic when organizing our kitchen. We were unable to find places for all our cookware, dishes, food, spices ... no counter space for cooking, no rhyme or reason to where we put our kitchen gadgets. But Lauren was able to design a vision of how we could make our kitchen a masterpiece, a functional, organized wonder of imagination and utility... Throughout the three-day process, Lauren patiently and kindly sorted through everything in our kitchen. She created so much space in our kitchen and organized and labeled all the bins and shelves in our cupboards and drawers. Our pantry is now a work of art, and with her design, it is so easy to find all our kitchen gadgets and cookware. It’s like a whole new kitchen, without the expense or inconvenience of demolition. She created a magical space in our house that works so completely ... We would highly recommend Peacefully Neat for any reorganization project in your house. She is able to envision the promise within the space and set about creating a functional and decorative space within your house, like an oasis of calmness and order ...

I felt I needed to leave a review so further clients can be aware of my experience. (I normally wouldn't write a negative review but that won't help others after me) In my opinion these are pros and cons of my job I hired her for. Pros: ▪️always quick to respond and initially seemed very reassuring ▪️showed up on time as scheduled ▪️She covered a large job rather quickly cons: ▪️Got rather aggressive when I mentioned her job cost was paying her 124/hr with her labor and haul away. ▪️I agreed to use her best judgements on what to get rid of (she stated she would be) no paperwork or photos to be thrown away. She did not do so throughly as she threw away my wedding ring warranty info and a photo book made by my husband when we were in school 12 years ago. ▪️did not complete job agreed on as only half the work was done when I mentioned she stated she would complete the job with the next garage project for a deal! photos were sent to her prior to the job as she knew what she was committing to and did not express concerns prior to starting ▪️used my photos without permission, when I mentioned she had she stated she was a former police officer and it wasn't illegal and I should be careful in my review of slander *another note these are my perspectives/ opinions*

***THIS PERSON HAS HARASSED ME FOR 2 MONTHS NOW- PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR FACTUAL INFORMATION*** (I have had to copy and paste this response on three different platforms now.) Shilla, Again, I apologize that you were unable to find your photo book and ring warranty. Please note your ring warranty may also be accessed on record with the jeweler you purchased from. I verified with my contractor who removed the junk/donations that the photo book was not found in any of the items removed from your home. He does sort through everything thoroughly and confirmed it was not found. I was never aggressive with you at any point but rather explained that my estimates are not based on an hourly rate. You tried to calculate an hourly rate. My estimates include many factors outside of that. I completed every space that we discussed during your consultation and that you sent photographs of. When I completed those spaces, you attempted to have me declutter additional spaces in your home that were not included in the consultation. Unfortunately, I do not allow clients to push me to complete additional spaces just because I work diligently and complete spaces faster than estimated. I do not short myself for working extra hard and fast. I also set firm boundaries to protect myself and my clients. When I first arrived to your home, I asked if you would be working with me to make decisions and if there was anything you did NOT want me to get rid of and your response was, “I haven’t seen most things in this room in years.” You proceeded to tend to your children in the other room for the entirety of this project, until the end when we sorted through paperwork together. I stayed an extra hour and a half to assist you with additional work after completing what we agreed on. This was not included in the estimate. I offered to include additional spaces in the garage estimate (which you requested at the end of this project) at a discounted rate as a courtesy for bringing me back for additional projects. This is something I do as appreciation for my clients. Mentioning my previous history in law enforcement was strictly to explain to you that I am knowledgeable of the laws in Arizona and posting photographs and videos of the project was not illegal. You gave me permission to be in your home and stood by as I took the photographs and videos. I then offered to remove these for you and you never answered me. We resolved your concerns after the project at the beginning of April and then you reached out again last week with additional concerns. I did my very best to fix and address everything you have mentioned to me and then I had to go as far as blocking your phone number for harassing me. I am not sure what else I can do to resolve these issues/concerns with you. I have genuinely done all that I can. I have apologized numerous times as well. I take pride in my work and my clients and I wish this could have turned out better.
