Introduction: I have been a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, & weightloss management consultant for over a decade. I have access to a fitness center, where I will train you for 1 hour. We will use a mix of free weights, machines, & body weight exercises, along with coaching on your diet to get you the body you have always dreamed of! Free consults! No gym fees! I love my job & being able to help people be the best "them" they can be! Watching clients get stronger & leaner, as their confidence grows :)

Going into personal training was not the easiest decision to make and I dreaded it like it was Boot Camp but Jessica's personality, training technique and regiments made the process of physically rebuilding ourselves a rewarding one. She knew just how much pressure to apply and when to apply it so that we didn't fall into a rut. Additionally, her varied routines kept all parts of our bodies slimming and toning at an equal rate so we never looked "lopsided." I highly recommend her to anyone that is serious about getting back into shape or maybe getting into shape for the first time: she is a skilled trainer and won't lead you astray plus she gives you tons of tips about things you can do at home, diet changes, etc to help keep the fitness journey a manageable one and not overwhelming.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    My AAAI certification requires CEC's to keep my cert. I also get education quarterly for my gym job :)

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I was a stay at home mom & gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy. I researched & found the best way to lose weight PERMANENTLY. I eventualy got to be smaller than I was pre-pregnancy & wanted to help other people struggling w their weight!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I do a lot of couple training sessions, one-on-one & hold 6 week/ 2x week boot camps a few times a year.
