Chef JD is a fantastic chef and using fresh herbs and spices makes a big difference in her delicious dishes.
She writes a monthly column in Smoky Mountains Around Town newspaper doing a great job creating interest to her column with her knowledge on food and sharing some of her fabulous recipes.

The best Chef in the City, County and State. I own a store beside where JD was the Chef. We ate there daily and I also had her make food for family functions. Her concern for her clients goes above and beyond. If I owned a restaurant I would want her to work for me.

I have had the pleasure of working with JD on several culinary projects. She has helped Zi Olive win Awards for several events. She has created several of our award winning Salads and marinades.
