A Little Lawn Care

Introduction: My services include but not limited to yard mowing and maintenance, mulching, weeding, removal of leaves, gutter cleaning and pressure washing, landscaping, bobcat work, etc. all services are done on a consistent, set hourly rate. Hourly rates are as follows: Mowing, trimming and edging: 35.00 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. ( An average lawn usually takes about an hour depending on trim work ) Landscape, mulching, weeding, leaf removal, pressure washing and most other services: 25.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum Bobcat work such as grading and moving dirt or large objects: 65 per hour with a 4 hour minimum Additional man power: 15 per man, per hour. ( All work will be done by me personally unless another man is requested for bigger, time sensitive services ) All services will be estimated with a time of completion so you will know what to expect.
