Introduction: Hello, my name is Curtis Rose. My friends call me "Kirby!" I am a jack-of-all trades. I have a working knowledge of almost every aspect of the construction trades! This means that i have the knowledge and skillset to figure out and fix most of the issues that may arise at your home or business! Everything from landscaping, hardscapes, and softscapes. To irrigation and regular upkeep of your lawn with services that include mowing, weedeating, and blowing! I also offer aeration, seeding/ overseeding, and fertilization. That takes care of the outside of the house! I can also help to take care of the inside of your home by offering my service of Handyman! I can tackle that "honey-do-list" for you and give you one less chore to think about! Kirby is FANTASTIC! I have had to hire various service providers for different needs over the years and when it comes to somebody easy to work with - responsive, professional, always there when he says he will be, extra diligent in his work, fair prices, and so on, Kirby may have been the best. Since my father's passing eight months ago the outside of his vacant home had not been tended to other than a couple of mowings this spring. I want to put the house on the market so I hired Kirby to spruce up the yard (shrub & small tree trimming, pressure washing, hanging a storm door, weed control in the driveway, etc.) and outside area so it would be more presentable to the public. He did an excellent job and even provided some extra tasks that we had not included in the estimate. In the future I would not hesitate hiring Kirby for anything that he says he's able to do.

Kirby is fantastic! We were putting a house up for sale and the yard had been neglected for years. He gave us a total yard makeover. He trimmed trees and bushes, plus mowed and reseeded the yard. In addition, he removed leaves and debris from the roof and power washed the house and sidewalk. He really cares about doing a good job and has great attention to detail. He totally exceeded my expectations.

Kirby did a terrific job on our yard. It was in poor shape and very overgrown due to our previous service not responding to us for 5 weeks, and the service they had been providing this year was bare minimum. Kirby did the best job anyone has ever done on our yard and it has almost always taken two people to complete. Mowed, thoroughly weed-eated, & blew off walkways and porches. Very nice & communicative!

Kirby did an excellent mowing and trimming job on our 1 1/2 acre property. It had some really overgrown areas that had been missed by our previous lawn mowing person and he cleaned it up beautifully. I wish I had thought to take before pictures! He was very responsive and communicative and reasonably priced. We will definitely hire him again!

My prices are always negotiable. I want to be fair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy meeting new people, period! I want people to feel comfortable while they are with me. There is no such thing as a stupid question! No one is born knowing how to do things. Your questions mean you want to learn, and learning is never a bad thing!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my experience comes from working in the individual fields that I have listed. I have a high school diploma, but school was not for me. I learn by doing! I can read "how to" for days and not get it. Let me put my hands on it and I will figure it out.
