- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different based on the work needed done. I consider supplies and labor to determine the bid I give to each individual customer.I do have a standard set price for painting and installation of floors or tile, I charge by square footage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet the customer and get measurements,details and everything we need to make bid. Do question and answers, just try to make sure the customer and I are on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in concrete for 10 years and remodeled on the side for the last several.
