- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and based on the scope of the work. Most estimates are for labor only unless materials are included and clearly specified. I always explain what’s included upfront to avoid surprises. We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience, including credit/debit cards, Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo. I can also assist with purchasing materials if needed and always provide receipts for transparency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen and understand the customer’s needs, then review the project (through photos or an in-person visit). After that, I provide a clear estimate explaining what’s included and what materials are needed. Once approved, we schedule the job and complete the work professionally and efficiently, maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training from years of experience in construction, working on both residential and commercial projects. In addition, I have completed specialized courses in material cutting, industrial safety, and shower system preparation, including training with professional systems like Laticrete. My background combines real-world experience with technical training, allowing me to deliver proper, safe, and long-lasting installations.
