FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system currently in place. The pricing I quote specifically depends on the brands of cable that I use, and also the amount of cable(In feet) to be used. If you have any questions about pricing, please feel free to ask me and I will give an itemized list of charges for each specific project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first try to fully understand and visualize what the overall goal of my new customer is. I need to be on the same page as my customer so we both understand what is expected from my services. Once thevery idea is clear and thought out then we can discuss pricing and timelines. I believe it's very important for my customers to know they are my main priority and my time with them shall be uninterrupted. I work quickly and diligently to achieve the outcome that my customer specifies to me. After that, I hope I will have earned their trust in future projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began working for a cable company in 2010. I worked for that company as a communications technician level 4 for three years before accepting a position as a Project Supervisor with a data networking company. After travelling for a couple of years, I decided I wanted to remain local and took a position as a lead installation technician for a small Nashville based electrical company. After spending some time with them I needed a place where I could grow in to a larger position with more responsibility. That lead me to my current day job as a lead telecommunications installation technician. Throughout this time I have always aspired to own my own company. That is my current goal and I am working to obtain it.
