- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices can vary however I'm a hard working single parent that understands the struggles we all face. Therefore, if my quotes are higher than my competition let me know and if I can't beat theirs then I will most definitely match it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to get know the customer and their personality either in person or over the phone. Second thing is to figure out what best fits my customers needs and wants. Last work together to make a Resume you can be proud to show off!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Paralegal degree and Criminal Justice degree and have been doing this type of work for 15 years now.
