If the person designing your home doesnt care about your project as much as you do, look for someone else. Try to find someone that cares about the details and wants to insure your project will be successful. Dont settle for a .25 cents per square foot cad drafter.

I wish people understood that architecture is so much more than simply drawing a floor plan. I wish people could see the value that can be added to thier home by hiring an architect to design it verses picking a plan from a website or from a builders set of stock plans. Homeowners should take more care when making decisions about their largest purchase.
