All of these fields help us bring you dynamic customer service with a high quality of installation. Our experience helps us to know what is supposed to be behind the wall we are cutting a hole in or drilling, how much weight the surface we are mounting to can hold, and what to expect when we are running wires for your audio and video. The end result for us is a completed project we know will be safe for you and your family, will be a promoter of our business, and will bring you satisfaction for years to come. We love meeting a variety of people while we are working. We also take pride in a job well done. But I believe the single most thing that comes to mind is the look of awe on someone's face when they watch their favorite movie and it seems brand new to them because of the new sights and sounds they have never experienced before.

AV Guys repaired a liquid spill on my sons brand new gaming computer. They picked up the computer from my workplace. After they examined it, they determined it needed a new keyboard and a thorough cleaning.They gave me a very reasonable estimate. As soon as the part came in, they repaired the computer and delivered it to my work. The service was excellent and I would highly recommend AV Guys to anyone who needs a computer repaired.

I had a fantastic experience with AV Guys. I had them install a Nest Home doorbell. Israel was prompt, had all of the proper tools needed, quickly installed the equipment and was extremely polite and easy to work with. I highly recommend and will use AV Guys for any future projects in this area.

Awesome company! They mounted a 60in tv for us. They were quick to respond to set up an appointment, arrived early, worked efficiently, were very personable, and cleaned up after themselves. They explained a change to the plan (based on the stone in our fireplace) and they quickly came up with a cost-effective, reasonable alternative. Would recommend to anyone!

The guys were awesome! Called when they were on their way, showed up on time and were very considerate of making sure they didn’t make any messes; warned when there would be loud noises (I have a little one). They paid attention to detail. Great experience, love our TV set up! Will definitely use them in the future.

We try to keep our estimate and invoicing process as simple as possible, including a personal login for each individual that only they can see. We can also timeline multiple projects for someone who more than one location for us to work on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are continually learning through webinars, classroom training, and we work closely with our suppliers to keep up to date on new products and information.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been interested and amazed by technology and entertainment. This profession allowed me to work with both. When a brilliantly displayed picture meets premium sound it makes any ounce of sweat or a difficult job totally worthwhile.
