Kyle did quite a bit for me to help me move out of my place in such short notice. From painting and trim work to rewiring a couple of faulty light fixtures to even conducting the move itself with his crew, Kyle was nothing short of professional, kind and generous throughout. Highly recommend!

My ceiling fans are not hung properly. One is very loose and unstable and shakes extremely bad. It has only been up two weeks. The other fan has a continuous clicking sound as if it is knocking against something.
I have reached out and made a few requests for a time to correct the problem but as of today I haven’t received any information for a time when the problem can be rectified. My last request has not been acknowledged by a response.
I’m really disappointed because Kyle was professional. I even tipped him 18% and I wanted to hire him for other jobs. However, now I feel upset that my first experience with Thumbtack was bad and I probably won’t use the service again.
