Felipe is a responsive communicator, professional, and thorough. A tenant left a candle burning which led to the fire department smashing in the door. He replaced some of the door casing, replaced the door and repaired some of the casing.

What was supposed to take half an hour max took a total of 4 hours. Pro was not very knowledgeable of the project at hand. He even admitted to never having repaired the whole toilet tank before. A total of $75 was discussed via messages and confirmed when he arrived. When it was all said and done, he wanted to charge me an extra $75 for a "trip charge" to go 5 minutes up the road to get a $4 part, which was never mentioned until the end. We settled for an even $100, although he tried to take advantage and compensate for the hours he spent in my bathroom trying to "figure out" what was wrong. Also, 2 days later I had to call him because my toilet wouldn't flush and he instructed ME to fix a part inside, which I shouldn't of had to do.
