The customer did not inform me that there were bed bugs in the apartments upon entry.This caused a problem as bed bugs can be transferred between locations via clothing or the like. Because of this, I had to leave the apartment immediately and go take care of the problem on my end to ensure the safety of my children and home. I wish I could have completed the job, but with the circumstances, I was unable.
