- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is mostly dependent upon location and length of time. So even though I have a base price for all my services, each quote may be different based on each events unique characteristics. I do offer a discount for Churches, Boy/Girl Scouts, and Fundraising events. Again each discount depends on the circumstances of the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want you to be happy with your experience with my Show or any other services you purchase. Therefore it's my goal to get to know as much about you and your event as possible. This way I can make the best recommendation for you in regards to what I can do to make you successful with your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over my years of experience have attended numerous conventions where I have taken classes on how to improve upon my performance style, how to connect with an audience as well as new material. I have also challenged myself to enter Magic Competitions to help me improve my skill level. As well as learn how my presentation compares to others allowing me the opportunity to improve my show.
