This company from estimates to sub contractors is very personable, flexible, and professional! We have used them for two separate jobs, first being a concrete bridge over our creek which will be there long after we will! Second construction was adding on to our exsisting barn with shavings room, storage room, and over hangs for our tractor/farm equipment and our horses! They were always on time and finished each job within the time they quoted. We had such a wonderful experience, that now we are in the process of hiring them again to do a major renovation to our home, which will include kitchen, new garage addition, new bath addition, all new flooring, storage, and new bedroom addition! We can not say enough about this company and how wonderful they are to work with! Trust that they will get the job done, and get it done right!

Bond Construction did the following projects at my home: demolished old deck porch and rails and replaced with new concrete porch with new 6x6 posts, poured sidewalk and double concrete driveway with area for new double car carport, demolished two old decks, railing, steps and replace with new decking, railing and steps. The bid for this project came in much lower than the previous bid I had received, including the cost of new handrails that I had not considered. Beginning the project after Thanksgiving put them in a cold and very wet time of year. Lee worked deligently to make sure the new concrete driveway would not cause a drainage problem for my yard and especially my pool. There had been a flooding problem in my yard previously. With the project completed, I am very satisfied at the quality of work I received, the work ethic of his crews, and the pleasure I had dealing with Bond Construction.

I hired Bond Construction to do a build design of my unfinished my basement. They came up with a design and budget. The project was finished 2 weeks early and $1,100 under budget. This room is now the most favorite room in the home for family and friends. I was kept informed from start to finish of progress and everyone of their employees showed great respect to my home. I would highly recommend anyone looking to do work to their home, or looking to build a home, to give Bond Construction a call. They are responsive to your request and will not leave until your completely satisfied. They are very customer focused!

Bond Construction has done a complete kitchen and a master bath remodel for me. The kitchen included removing a load bearing wall and opening the kitchen up to the living room, new cabinets, countertops, and tile backsplash. The master bath included removing a small shower and a garden tub and replacing with a large walk in tiled shower and a linen closet. The team from Bond Constructions was polite, efficient, timely, and meticulous. I am very pleased with the quality of their work and highly recommend them.
