He was always in touch and kept me updated. I was having a spare bedroom painted because it is becoming my home office. He did touch up a week later. Excellent job for great value.

Chris did a very good job. There were a few initial kinks in that he had never worked on a Whirlpool water heater and etc. previously but after I put him on the phone with their service technicians he was able to understand and follow their specific instructions to perform the water heater annual maintenance functions.
