I am originally from California and have been in the industry for over 25 years. I have been involved in small remodel jobs to large commercial projects. I have a wide range of experience in many areas of construction that I now enjoy brining to the Nashville area. I have a passion for construction and love applying my knowledge and to see happy customers with a completed project. I am very fair and have many contacts in order to get even the toughest of projects done.
I take a lot of pride in work that I perform especially when working in somebodies home. My home is my safe place and want it to be nice and comfortable for my wife and I. When working in someone's home and I expect the same demeanor from myself along with any workers I have working along side me. I experience great joy seeing customers expressions at the end of a project.

I highly recommend Bryan from Top Notch Construction.
Bryan was extremely responsive throughout the project and communicated clearly from start to finish. He and his team arrived on time each day, worked efficiently, and completed the job exactly as promised.
The quality of the workmanship was excellent. The tileinstallation was precise, professional, and showed great attention to detail. They took pride in their work, kept the job site clean, and made sure everything was completed to a high standard.
What impressed me most was the combination of quality, reliability, and value. It’s not often that a contractor delivers exactly what was promised, on schedule, and at a fair price, but Bryan and his team did just that.
I would not hesitate to hire Top Notch Construction again and would gladly recommend them to friends and family.

We hired Brian to do three bathrooms in a home we were renovating before moving in. It was a tall order to take on with 3 distinct bathrooms that included gutting, retiling, removing a half wall in one room, installing new vanities, a huge stand alone tub, fixtures, lighting, electrical work and more than I can recall. We also had to juggle 2 other contractors during the process. There were a lot of moving parts, numerous product decisions to be made but the work got done. We enjoyed working with Brian - he and his crew showed up early and worked all day. It was helpful given the complexity to have a detailed meeting weekly to review the punch list. Brian does high quality work, is straight to the point and is trustworthy. As with all major projects - stuff happens and these issues were addressed and closed out. If I were to do it over again, I would designate a large tub for each room/project to keep everything organized. The end result is 3 amazing bathrooms that were professionally completed on time and fairly priced. I would recommending hiring Brian.

We reached out to Bryan due to a leak in our shower on a 2yr old build. For an unexpected project and expense it could not have been a better experience.
Bryan showed us where and why there was a failure and we felt confident it would be done correct. Once demo was complete we decided to take advantage of the situation with some upgrades, primarily adding a streamer. Bryan helped us pick out the unit and let us know we would also need to waterproof & tile the ceiling, add a drain for the steamer, upgrade the lighting to a vapor proof unit (on back order) and add 220v power.
We also increased the niche size and layout, chose 3 different tiles and 2 grout colors. Bryan went with the flow and executed flawlessly.
Everything was kept clean, he did what he said he would and was very personable. We have (2) more projects we are considering and Bryan will be our call if we move forward.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet them and get a good game plan and execute the plan effeciently.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am OSHA 10, 40 and Cal OSHA certified. I have several certification in California that do not apply in TN. Working on them as I am farley new to the area.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started construction at a very early age and loved it ever since. I enjoy the challenge and love when a customer is very happy.
