Seemed like a nice enough guy, answered when I called. However, I never received a call back from him, as he promised, to schedule a time to complete the project. To be fair it was a small project of just hanging two shelves and I suppose it wasn't a big enough job to be concerned about. I will hang the shelves myself now. The process of trying to find someone is too aggravating
