Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Because I am older than many trainers I know there are some exercises that are perfectly fine for 25 year olds but not good for someone in their 50's or 60's. I have taught silver sneakers also for almost 3 years also. This does not mean you can't work out hard but some exercises need to be adjusted for older backs and knees etc. I've been exercising a very long time and I know the benefits which are not just to change your body but help with the stress we carry around everyday I love getting to know my clients one on one . I love hearing them tell me the difference it makes in their day to be stronger or more flexible. It's being connected to my clients and helping them overcome their challenges which gives me purpose
