Challenger and Michael have been superb thus far. He is prompt, says exactly what he is going to do, follows through in doing so (so many people just don't follow though), is professional, well spoken, and addresses all questions/concerns quickly. They did a great job cleaning a very messy office, did it at a great price, and no contract, but I don't need a contract to know I'll continue using his service. And, being a small business myself, I love using a fellow local small business for my needs. Thanks, Michael!

Mike and staff just completed our project in Tullahoma, 4/30/15. Challenger did what we asked of them; on time, on schedule and on budget. I must say the end result exceeds my expectations, floor is fantastic!! As important as that is they are also good people to work with!!
