I didn't hear back for a while from A+J after responding to my job request and agreeing to take the job. However, a while later, I did get a follow up explaining the reason. He offered to make things right for me because of the break in communication. He showed up on time and shook my hand and introduced himself. That is the kind of customer service I grew up with. He shook my hand again once the job was done. The price was super reasonable for a battery installment. It was so good to get my late mother's car running again. I would highly recommended A+J. The business has ethics.
