- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are provided using a sliding income scale. I will discuss pricing options with each of my clients to figure out what works best for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to know what goals the client has. I ask them what their goals are, how hard they are willing to push themselves, and about their diet at home. Then, depending on those goals, I tailor workout and diet plans to their individual needs, explain each thing and why I've included in their plans, and then begin walking through the process of beginning their fitness journey with them. Of a client has already begun their fitness journey, I meet them where they are at and continue along with them, helping them however they need me.

Currently pursuing Personal Trainer Certification
