While Joe and his crew were friendly, Joe (owner) wasn't present much of the time so there was very little supervision or expert advice. I hired C&J Handyman Service, also known as One-Stop Handyman Service to tape, mud, texture and paint 2 ceilings and to hang 32 sheets of 4x8 wall paneling in 2 rooms. They only put joint compound in the seams of the sheet rock, they didn't use any tape so as a result the seams are already cracked. They also didn't put enough texture on the ceiling and their paint job was spotty. Joe's crew battled for over 3 hours to get 2 sheets of paneling hung and has a result, it came down off the wall. Joe told me that he hadn't hung paneling in 15-16 years so I sent him a DIY video and told him that if he felt it was too much to handle, I would find someone else to do the job, he said he was, "fine with it". After 3 days I finally asked Joe and his crew to leave and that I would get someone with more experience and skill to fix his work and complete the job.
