Introduction: DDC Management Services provides our clients with complete project delivery from inception through user occupancy. Our services include building site selection and due diligence, architectural design and development, site engineering and feasibility studies, preliminary budgets, value engineering, construction document preparation, bid preparation, and contractor qualification and selection. Our clients can also bring us their A/E of choice, which we will coordinate and administer throughout the process through the bidding and awarding of the construction contract. Our professional expertise enables us to provide a turnkey process or coordinate the overall delivery process with other professionals the client selects, ultimately providing a single point contact and interface for our client to ensure full-time administration and timely production of all the components necessary for project delivery, within budget and on time for the owner. We provide a non-biased third party for conflict resolution to expedite the project through the pre-construction phase and continue providing owner control and representation during the construction phase to assure that the project maintains the owner's concept within budget and on schedule.
