They came and fast talked us into an agreement. After they left and we thought about it. We decided to cancel. It was literally Saturday to Monday before the guy would come back and cancel. Now 6 months later they have sent it to collections saying we owe them $1,000. We have not received a bill or anything from them the last 6 months so we thought it was like the guy said since we cancelled within 3 days we are good nothing else was suppose to be done. Now they are trying to say since we didnt send a letter to them saying we cancel thats why we owe the $1,000. So anybody that you talk to make sure thats what you want before doing a contract and DO NOT LET THEM FAST TALK YOU INTO IT like they did us. All they care about is pushing you in to buying more so they look good.

Very good customer service. Very caring. A bug crawed out of hiding spot and i freaked out and and he killed it. His name is Dave he is with mio home. It's very scary out in this world now and all it takes is a Good deed from a nice person that enjoys their job you can tell he enjoys his job very well that's a people person and really cares about how he looks in the company looks. Your company has two amazing men looking out for yall. There's very few out there anymore and it was very nice they were both very easy to talk to I don't remember the other guy's name he told me his name but I don't remember. I will be telling people about ur company. Thanks for everything
