The Orlando Group, led by Doug Hasty, was the firm we chose to completely reroof our art studio/gallery which is housed in a commercial building on Main Street in Whitesboro, TX. We elected to install a GAF TPO and added a roof vent. There had been some pretty substantial interior damage due to ice storms in December 13 as well, and after seeing how well their crews completed the roof, we had complete faith in Orlando Group to also restore the interior.
From beginning to end Doug was very professional, educational, led us through the process of dealing with our insurance company and kept in constant touch with us throughout the completion of the work. In searching for the right contractor to do our job, we called at least ten companies, interviewed five face to face, and got three actual bids in writing. Finding Doug Hasty took a lot of research and time but it was worth it.
We had a great rapport with every employee of his that we met and the work was excellent and on time. We are recommending him to everyone that we know who needs any type of roofing or construction and we plan to use his firm when we reroof our home.
We give the Orlando group our highest recommendation.

I highly recommend Orlando Group for any repairs you need for your home whether it is general repair or a roof replacement. I contracted Orlando Group for a roof replacement and repainting of the exterior of my house. Doug Hasty was professional, extremely knowledgable and transparent with all of his recommendations. He went above and beyond by creating a portfolio of repairs with pictures prior to even signing a contract. In addition, I was able to get extra funds for repairs on my home from my insurance provider because of Doug's thorough evaluation of my home. I was highly satisfied with my service, repairs and was reassured that all of needs were meet threw out the process.

I asked Orlando Group Roofing for a quote several days ago, however due to icy conditions and other weather issues they were not able to come by last week. Bad thing is I haven't heard from them in 4 days as to when I could get a quote. I think Customer Service is very important in any facet of business and they failed to keep in contact. I do not recommend them for these reasons only.

Mr Hasty did not follow up with what he said he would do after my first claim of a roof replacement was declined by my insurance company. It was quite disappointing, since I thought he would at least inform me he would not send "his engineer to double check the roof" as he said he would do.
After recent hail and damaging storm, my insurance company finally approves a roof replacement. But I don't think I will go with Mr Hasty.

Mr. Zhou, I apologize for not following up. After meeting with you and your adjuster with your claim I had the understanding that you would forward your adjusters report so I could follow up with our consultant to schedule a date to revisit at your home. I did not receive your report and made the assumption you had change your mind in pursuing the claim. Again, I apologize I should have called to confirm. If there is any assistance I can over I would be happy to assist.
