I had brick veneer added above garage and windows, a crack fixed in exterior brick and an acid wash which was quoted at a reasonable price. I made the mistake of telling Aaron my overall budget and the original quote then jumped dramatically. However I still decided to use this company against better judgement. I was in fact hoping to get other things done as well, like the roof, for a good deal so I thought the price increase was justifiable in that sense. I was very wrong. The first day work was supposed to start no one showed up and I did not receive any communication as to why. The lack of communication happened throughout the job being done and many times no one showed up when I was told they would. I had to text and call many times and ask when the guys would show up. On top of that, the crack repair is awful. The color is off and the concrete is actually on the brick and it looks very sloppy. I contacted Aaron about it and he promised it would be corrected in a week. Two weeks later and it is still not fixed so I contact him again many times in which he says he will be there the next day. Again, no one showed up that day and no text or call. Finally, I receive a text from Aaron three days later saying they finished washing and cleaning the stone. No one even told me they were there and the crack looked exactly the same. I then relayed that to Aaron with pictures and have not heard anything back since 4/9/2016. The brick veneer work looked very good at first, but then while acid washing the old brick, they also used the acid on the new brick veneer. The coloring on the new bricks is completely gone in some places and faded in others. I also brought that up to Aaron but that issue was not addressed. The only thing I am truly happy with is the acid wash on the exterior brick as it was dingy looking. The acid wash really brightened up the brick, I just wish it had not been used on the new brick veneer. I would truly recommend anyone needing a mason to look else where. Unique Stone Masonry is not dependable on time, communication, or the work done. I spent over $5,000 and then was unsatisfied with the overall work and completely ignored. Again, please do not make the same mistake I did and look elsewhere for any masonary work.

Can not rely on this contractor to keep committments on timing. Work was done after repeated calls and emails but was not completed. Quality of work that was done is satisfactory,

Mailbox box is finished, bad weather had me at a stand still. After I was able to go and install the Address plaque that was only pending.

Aaron and his workers built a very nice brick garden area in my back yard. They arrived early with the materials needed. The built the garden in less than a day. The workmanship was of the best quality. They were very professional, very courteous, and very committed to accomplish my desires with outstanding results. The cleaned up all of the area when they were completed with the work. Just to be extra kind and caring, they carried all the soil I had purchased and placed it in the new bed, along with spraying to kill the existing grass in the bed. before the soil . All above and beyond anything expected. Great experience. Thanks!
