Rick helped us put in-place a very simple yet effective marketing strategy and sales plan as we were looking to develop a sales force and sales program. This included sales training, cold-calling techniques and effective scripts, and which targets to hit. Up to that point, we had never had a sales department and literally grew our client base by referral only. Three and a half years later, our Sales department has brought in over 300 clients just from our outbound efforts, not including referrals and such. I would definitely recommend Rick's techniques and advising to anyone looking to develop or improve their sales and marketing programs.
