I got several estimates when I decided to change my outside and inside air conditioning system and on the spot hvac impressed me the most from the get go. They werent the absolute cheapest but that wasnt my only objective when I was looking for someone to do this work. I also wanted a knowlegable and responsive company as well. Price was obviously a factor but not the only and I was not going to not choose these guys because they were 10 percent higher than my lowest estimate. I knew I had found the right company from the moment everything got started when the installers started immediatly prepping the house by covering my floors with drop cloth and taking pictures down in the pathways they knew were going to be in the hight traffic areas. Everything went as smooth as I could hope for and i will be using this company for all my heating and air needs and referring them to anyone i know or come across that needs service.

Holy cow I cannot say enough good things about this business!!! Our main house unit stopped cooling. I had another group come out and said a leaky coil, and for a 16 SEER mid-range replacement, $8600. Something didn't feel right so I looked I got a trusty neighbor recommendation for a second opinion, and called On The Spot. Cody (owner) picked up the phone and given the busy HVAC season, I was hoping he would come out the next day...he was at my house in 45 min (before I or my wife got home!). He confirmed the leak in the coil, provided options for fixing, and explained why a 16 SEER wouldn't benefit us over a 14 SEER (our furnace would've had to be replaced, too, as it cannot handle the extra air flow). He put some coolant in our system to help keep our 16 month old baby cool until he came back out 1 day later to replace the system. A new coil and AC Unit (nice 14 SEER Trane) installed in less than 2 hours, for $3500. AMAZING. I almost wanted him to replace the other unit just because. Seriously. When I asked if I should have him come out to "service" the other unit, he said "Is it cooling?" I said yes, and he said "then you're good...wait 'til it dies. I can make stuff up about it pulling a charge or being off a few degrees, but I can't do anything about it, so why spend it now." I begged him not to quit the business before my other AC unit quits the business, and said I hope to see him back in a few years to replace it. Please give him your business. You will not regret it. He is truly one of the "good guys."

Normally I don't leave reviews but I just had to in this case with how superb the service was from on the spot. Cody Identified the issue with my air conditioner and gave me the options and recommended replacement so that I was not pouring money into a system that was over 20 years old. I told him I would have to get a few more estimates and get back with him before I pulled the trigger on a several thousand dollar job. I did and all of them were higher than on the spot's and I just didn't get a warm a fuzzy feeling about any of those other companies. I called Cody and on the spot back out and they came out and knocked it all out in just under 5 hours with little to no intrusion in my life. Thanks again for the prompt and great service. Ill be calling when it its time to replace my other two air conditioners.

Let me just start by saying that my husband and I are extremely jaded when it comes to the construction industry. After living through 16 weeks of renovation on our home, and being told that our current AC unit would support the space, we were devastated to find out a week later that we in fact needed a brand new HVAC system. We are coming up on multiple days of 100+ degree temperatures and we had no choice but to move forward with the unit replacement. On Monday my husband spent hours calling installers and having them come out to provide quotes and they were all astronomically priced and they spent no more than 10 minutes at the house. Toward the end of the day he spoke to Cody at On The Spot HVAC and he said that they could send someone out to look at the space right away. After speaking with Jeff and visiting with Raul (who spent a good 30 minutes inspecting all aspects of the project), we felt very confident that they were the right guys to go with. They were honest, used TRANE products (Made in Texas) and had been very fair in their pricing and financing options. We confirmed with Raul that same night and by 10:00 am the next morning Juan and Octavio were at the house installing our new system. These two guys were fantastic - they answered all of my questions, suffered through the insane heat and were finished with the whole project by 5:30. From start to finish On The Spot fixed our problem and cooled our house in less than 24 hours. After over a year of terrible experiences, we are so thankful that we found an honest company. Had this company out to give a quote on a new a/c system and I was very happy with their professional approach and they were very competitive with other quotes I had received.
